The Assignment
Sanandum is now seeking a licensed nurse for an assignment within home healthcare and/or special accommodation (SÄBO) in Vadstena Municipality. The assignment is full-time and is suitable for those who enjoy a varied job within municipal care, where you have the opportunity to work broadly and take responsibility in your professional role.
Vadstena is a charming small town by Lake Vättern with a historical environment and proximity to nature – a pleasant workplace for a shorter assignment.
Your Responsibilities
- Standard nursing tasks within home healthcare and SÄBO
- Medical assessments, care, and follow-up of patients
- Medication management and documentation according to current routines
- Collaboration with care staff, rehabilitation, and other professionals
Qualifications
- Licensed nurse
- Experience in municipal care is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good collaboration skills
Working Hours
Full-time according to the needs of the organization.
